We carry out live leveling tests in our leveling center to demonstrate the results you can achieve with your own material on KOHLER part leveling machines, so you can take a look at our excellent leveling quality for yourself before investing in your own machine or using our contract leveling service. Our specialists will teach you how to best handle the materials and the optimum leveling parameters. What is more, the leveling trials are logged, and the parts can be measured with a 2.5D measuring machine.

Putting theory into practice
Want to take a look at our leveling center, see what our Peak Performer part leveling machine is capable of, and view our product range? Then why not come and visit us at our production site in Lahr, Black Forest, Germany. Remember to bring your own material to use for the leveling trial. The KOHLER leveling center is home to state-of-the-art machines for leveling material up to 2,500 mm wide and 0.2 to 40 mm thick.
Our team of experts will take time to determine which Peak Performer model is right for your leveling material and the optimum machine settings. We will carry out the leveling tests with you so that you can check and assess the results yourself, and also use our 2.5D measuring machine.
